Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the regagent.co.uk website (the "Site"), operated by Reg ("Reg", "we", "us"). By joining the waitlist, submitting the contact form, or otherwise browsing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What the Site currently offers

Reg is building a compliance platform for medical device and IVD software teams — a deterministic rule engine and supporting agents that generate and maintain regulatory evidence. The Site is currently a pre-launch marketing page: it lets you join a waitlist for early access and contact us directly. It does not currently provide access to the Reg product itself. Separate terms will apply once the product ships, and we'll notify waitlist members when that happens.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you're signing up or getting in touch on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you're authorised to do so and that "you" in these Terms includes that organisation.

3. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't create any obligation on Reg to grant you access, at any particular time or at all. We may prioritise, limit, or close the waitlist at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, or someone else's contact details;
• scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site beyond normal browsing;
• attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure;
• use the waitlist or contact form to send spam, malware, or unsolicited commercial content.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, and the Reg name and marks are owned by Reg or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them except to browse the Site as intended.

6. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. As a pre-launch site, features and content may change or be interrupted without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reg won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

8. Third-party services

The Site is hosted on Vercel and stores waitlist/contact submissions with Supabase. Your use of the Site is also subject to those providers' own terms where relevant to their infrastructure. See our Privacy Policy for how we use these providers to handle your data.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Site and product evolve. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
