Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data the regagent.co.uk website (the "Site") collects, why, and what your rights are. Reg is the data controller for this data. You can reach us at hello@regagent.co.uk.

1. What we collect

The Site only collects data you choose to submit:

• Waitlist signup — your email address.
• Contact form — your name, email address, the reason you selected, and your message.

We don't use cookies, analytics, or any other tracking technology on the Site today. If that changes, we'll update this policy first.

2. Why we collect it

• to let you know when early access or the product launches (waitlist);
• to respond to your enquiry (contact form);
• to keep the Site secure and prevent abuse of these forms.

3. Our legal basis

Under UK GDPR, we rely on your consent when you submit the waitlist or contact form — you can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete your data (see Section 6). Where we need to keep basic technical logs to keep the Site secure, we rely on our legitimate interest in doing so.

4. Who we share it with

We use two infrastructure providers to run the Site, both acting as our data processors:

• Supabase — stores your waitlist/contact submissions, hosted in the UK (London, eu-west-2).
• Vercel — hosts and serves the Site.

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

5. International transfers

Your submitted data is stored in the UK. Vercel's hosting network may route or cache Site traffic through infrastructure outside the UK/EEA as part of normal content delivery; where that happens, Vercel's own standard contractual safeguards apply.

6. Your rights and retention

We keep waitlist and contact submissions until we've served the purpose you gave them for (for example, once we've replied to your enquiry, or the waitlist has closed), or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is sooner. You have the right to ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. Email hello@regagent.co.ukand we'll action it. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you think we've mishandled your data.

7. Children

The Site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do.
